Job summary

Michigan State University (MSU) is seeking a qualified ID Administrator to join the ID Office team. The role focuses on creating, managing, and verifying identity credentials for the MSU community, including students and employees.

You will work with customers and internal staff to analyze needs and provide excellent service. The position is Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, and MSU offers a comprehensive benefits package including health care, retirement matching, life insurance, and educational

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of related IT experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and determine solutions with technical complexity.

Responsibilities

• Provision NetIDs and ID cards for students, staff, retirees, and affiliates.
• Interact with customers and MSU staff to resolve issues and gather requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate records.
