Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years leadership in IDD/HCBS training required.
• Proven track record designing training programs, curricula, or assessments.

Responsabilités

• Model servant leadership across training programs to empower staff.
• Develop onboarding and competency-based training for new managers.
• Collaborate with QA and ops to translate audit findings into retraining.
• Create quick guides outlining escalation paths and timelines.
• Bridge regulatory requirements with day-to-day training execution.
• Lead cross-functional efforts with Behavioral, Medical, and Operational teams.
• Manage LMS data, feedback loops, and external training sources.
• Mentor Operations Coordinator and drive continuous improvement.
