Job summary

Bancroft is seeking a Training Manager in Cherry Hill, NJ (onsite) to build a structured, competency‑based training pipeline for IDD programs. You will ensure managers are equipped with the knowledge and tools for operational excellence and staff engagement across residential sites.

Responsibilities include designing onboarding, competency testing, and targeted retraining modules, while aligning curricula with state IDs/Medicaid/HCBS and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Education, or related field or 5 years leadership in IDD/HCBS.
• Proven ability to design and implement training programs and curricula.
• Experience with competency assessments and onboarding programs.
• Knowledge of IDD regulations and HCBS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Model and promote servant leadership across training programs to empower staff.
• Develop onboarding and competency-based testing for residential managers.
• Create quick guides and escalation workflows for operational needs.
• Collaborate with QA to address deficiencies and drive retraining.
• Oversee LMS usage (UKG Pro Learning) and feedback loops.
• Lead cross-disciplinary training with Behavioral, Medical, and Operations teams.
