Job summary

The Arc of Greater Prince William / INSIGHT, Inc. is seeking a experienced Program Manager for the Supported Living Program (SLP) to provide leadership, supervision, and operational oversight for community-based services supporting adults with IDD.

The Program Manager will oversee staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote independence, self-determination, and community integration, while coordinating with families, guardians, and partner agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Business Admin or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience supporting individuals with IDD.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Experience with Supported Living, Residential Services, Medicaid Waiver or community-based IDD services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of the SLP and locations.
• Supervise, coach, mentor, and evaluate supervisory and direct support staff.
• Ensure staffing levels meet needs of individuals served and assist with recruitment and onboarding.
