Job summary

Strategies to Empower People seeks a Program Manager I for the Supported Living Services program in the Sacramento area. You will coordinate services, supervise field supervisors and staff, and support clients with complex medical needs through on-site assessments and hands-on care.

The role requires experience in I/DD, supervision, and Medi-Cal, with a focus on safety, documentation, and program development. This is an on-site, salaried exempt position with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience with individuals who have Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD).
• At least two years of supervisory and budgetary/finance experience.
• Experience with Supported Living Services (SLS) and Medi-Cal understanding is essential.
• Must be a licensed and insured driver with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate Supported Living Services in the Sacramento area.
• Supervise field staff and conduct on-site assessments for clients.
• Develop and implement crisis intervention plans and therapeutic treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and ensure health and safety of clients and staff.
• Ensure program goals, budgets, and quality assurance standards are met.
