Job summary

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor services per person-centered plans.
• Supervise and train Direct Care staff.
• Conduct assessments and document progress.
• Engage with families and guardians to obtain approvals.
