Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking an on-site IDD Qualified Professional in Creedmoor, NC to coordinate and monitor person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. The role emphasizes interviewing the people we serve, developing plans, and supervising staff.

A four-year degree in a human service field plus relevant experience is required; Master’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Social Services, Human Services or Special Education required; Master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 2 years experience working with persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities required; 1-year experience if paired with Master’s degree
• Working knowledge of applicable regulations that apply to our service offerings

Responsibilities

• Serve as the center of the interdisciplinary service team to guide development of person-centered plans.
• Complete incident reports and employee performance evaluations.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise Group Home Managers and Direct Care Associates.
• Coordinate and monitor services to address goals and desired outcomes of the people we serve.
