• Bachelor’s degree in human services required; Master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 2 years experience working with persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Identify and communicate service requests through direct interviews.
• Supervise and coordinate person-centered plans and monitor outcomes.
• Review assessments and support plan implementation with interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with recruitment, training and supervision of staff as needed.
