Job summary

The IDD Services Senior Director at Dungarvin Indiana leads a team of up to six direct reports and oversees the overall administration and growth of the Dungarvin business and services within their prospective area. The role focuses on building relationships with local, state, and federal representatives, advocacy groups, and other stakeholders.

It requires a Bachelor's in a human services field, 7–8 years of industry experience with 5 years in senior management, and strong budget experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services field; master's preferred.
• Minimum of 7-8 years in human services, with senior-level experience.
• Experience with Supportive Living, Waivered Sites, Residential Group Homes, and/or Day Programs.
• Financial management skills and budget experience over $10M; P&L accountability.
• Indiana systems and Medicaid Waivers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic program and fiscal planning to drive growth and excellence.
• Oversee development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of programs and services.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local regulations for DD/ID services.
• Assure service quality meets regulatory and licensing standards via QA activities.
• Identify, pursue, and manage expansion of markets within the service area.
• Hire, coach, and supervise direct reports; foster professional development.
• Oversee budget development, allocation, and financial performance; manage P&L.
• Conduct evaluations, support staff retention, and engage with stakeholders.
• Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and forums.
• Monitor KPIs, service metrics, and compliance to leadership.
