Job summary

As Program Director, IDD Services, you will lead day-to-day operations, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high-quality supports for individuals served.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two to three years of related experience in the Human Services Industry preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Other education, experience, training, licensure, or certification per state requirements or as required by applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 1–4 community programs, including direct supports, person-centered planning, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise program staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
• Make hiring, transfer, promotion, salary, and termination decisions.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure services are engaging and person-centered.
• Be on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed.
