Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Program Director for IDD Services in Minnesota. In this full-time role you will oversee 1–4 programs, ensure person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, and financial management to support individuals with IDD.

You will lead program staff, conduct evaluations, support on-call coverage, and drive quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of related experience in Human Services preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• State requirements or regulations may apply; licensure/certification as required.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 1–4 programs, including direct supports, planning, health care, advocacy, stakeholder relations, regulatory compliance.
• Lead program staff with evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
• Make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, corrective action, and terminations.
• Ensure services are delivered consistently, engaging, and person-centered.
• Be on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed.
