Job summary

RHA Health Services is hiring an Employment and Community Services Coordinator to assist individuals with IDD in securing community employment and to coordinate service delivery. The role may supervise job coaches and DSPs, ensuring program oversight and client well-being.

The position requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in community settings, with on-going documentation and collaboration with support coordinators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Employment certification to meet state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with IDD in finding employment within the community.
• Coordinate periodic service delivery needs for members in community settings.
• Provide job coaching to promote independence and skill building.
• Oversee services and supervise job coaches or Direct Support Professionals when needed.
• Maintain PCSP/ISP documentation and monitor therapy plans.
• Collaborate with members, families, and team to meet health, employment and living goals.
