The position requires a Bachelor's degree with significant management experience in human services, strong leadership, and excellent communication to manage relationships with case managers, legislators, and guardians.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, leadership, and supervision of staff at the program site to ensure quality services.
• Oversee financial performance of the area business unit, review financial statements, purchasing, billing compliance, and documentation.
• Implement area growth strategies to increase census and occupancy, and assist with new start development.
• Maintain and foster relationships with case managers, referral agents, and engage with local legislators and officials.
• Implement area strategies to maintain relationships with individuals served, mentors, families, and guardians.
