View Point Health is seeking a Residential Care Provider to supervise IDs residential group home operations and lead direct care staff. The role involves monitoring resident activity, ensuring safety, and supporting treatment plans in a community-based setting.

The site leader collaborates with care teams, maintains documentation, and coordinates schedules to provide continuous 24-hour coverage while upholding agency standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 3 years of related social/direct care experience.
• One year in lead worker or supervisory role or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport residents.

Responsibilities

• Schedules staff to ensure 24-hr coverage of the residence and minimize overtime.
• Counsels staff on job performance and enforces agency procedures.
• Maintains records and ensures licensure, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.
