Job summary

Delta Community Supports, Inc. is seeking a Residential Lead to supervise group home operations and support individuals with disabilities. The role requires being on-call, working in ratios, and providing direct care to residents to promote health, safety, and independence.

You will coordinate staff coverage, complete documentation, aid in behavior support plans, transport to appointments, manage medications, and collaborate with the Associate Director and IDT to implement ISP goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities in a group home setting.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; perform arithmetic calculations.
• Proficient in Google software applications and the ability to learn new technologies.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicle per policy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective communication with leadership and staffing; monitor shift coverage.
• Supervise staff to implement activities and maintain a safe, clean home environment.
• Complete documentation including progress notes, incident reports, and medication records.
• Assist individuals with personal care, transportation to appointments, and community activities.
• Assist with medication administration following policies and procedures.
• Lead staff in implementing behavior support plans and ISP goals.
