Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Service field with minimum two years experience working with IDD population.
• Group home experience preferred and familiarity with client documentation.
• Working knowledge of applicable practice regulations and background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associate professionals and direct care staff.
• Oversee emergencies and provide direct psychoeducational services.
• Interview clients and representatives to determine needs and preferences.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain compliant documentation and incident reports within timelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve client care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Teach social and independent living skills, promoting maximum independence.
• Document care accurately and stay current with changes in care/support.
