Job summary

Community Services Group is seeking a Program Supervisor in Jersey Shore, PA. This full-time role oversees daily operations of community homes and supports individuals with IDD, guiding direct support staff and ensuring safety and program quality.

You will manage schedules, coordinate activities, and facilitate community participation. A valid driver’s license, flexibility with hours, and prior IDD experience are required. Orientation and training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle for trainings, meetings, and transport.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet program needs.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervisor of direct care staff; assist in interviewing, hiring, orienting and training.
• Participate in on-call system for Community Homes and Supervisors.
• Ensure health, safety and welfare of individuals in the program.
• Coordinate schedules, activities and routines; promote community integration.
• Transport individuals to appointments and activities; arrange transportation as needed.
• Communicate with families and professionals; maintain coordination of services.
• Oversee inventory records and manage funds for individuals and home.
• Adhere to budget for food, supplies and operations; perform duties of direct care staff.
