Job summary

Community Services Group in Jersey Shore, PA, is seeking a Program Supervisor to manage daily operations of IDD-supported services. The role leads direct support staff, coordinates schedules, and ensures safety and welfare of individuals, with on-call responsibilities.

Requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of IDD experience, plus valid driver's license. The position offers full-time hours with a base rate of $20.00/hr and a $1 shift differential for awake overnight and weekend

Qualifications

Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Minimum 1 year experience in programs for individuals with IDD.
Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Supervises direct support staff and assists in interviewing, hiring, orienting and training.
Participates in on-call system for Community Homes and Supervisors.
Ensures health, safety and welfare of individuals in the program.
Develops schedules and activities, promoting community integration.
Transports individuals to meetings, appointments or activities.
Communicates with families and professionals as needed.
Maintains inventory records for property and belongings.
Manages funds and petty cash; supports program budgeting.
