Job summary

Sevita’s Mentor Community Services in Philadelphia seeks an Operations Management Program Director to oversee multiple community programs. You will coordinate direct supports, person-centered planning, and regulatory compliance while leading staff, scheduling, and performance reviews.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in Human Services, with on-call availability and a focus on compassionate, organized leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in Human Services preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of state requirements or regulations as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of 1–4 programs, including direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, and maintenance.
• Oversee program staff including evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
• Make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and corrective actions.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure engagements are meaningful and aligned with individuals' goals.
• Be on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed.
