Mentor Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks a Program Supervisor to supervise Direct Support Professionals in residential and day programs. You will balance direct service with supervision, guiding staff and ensuring quality supports for 4–8 individuals in residential settings or 10–15 in day programs.

The role is full-time, hourly, with 8–16 hours per week in a supervisory capacity and additional direct support.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One-year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the program including delivery of supports, implementation of person-centered plans, health care, advocacy, customer engagement, regulatory compliance and when applicable, oversight of the physical environment.
• Generally works 8 to 16 flexible hours per week in a supervisory capacity; and provides direct support for the remaining hours.
