Job summary

Sevita seeks a Program Coordinator to manage residential and community-based programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will coordinate staff, develop service and personal futures plans, and ensure compliance with contracts and regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, budget awareness, and ability to mentor teams. You will promote quality outcomes, maintain records, and collaborate with guardians and funding sources to expand services.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Health Care Administration, or Social Services.
• High school diploma or GED with 3 years related experience or acceptable substitution.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
• Experience supervising staff and managing programs.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and chairs screening for program vacancies and develops waiting list.
• Develops/implements service plans within required timelines.
• Monitors delivery of service plans and trains staff as needed.
• Ensures compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains records and supports discharge planning when appropriate.
• Oversees budgeting for staff hours and program costs.
• Manages recruitment and staff retention programs.
• Fosters positive relationships with funding sources and partners.
