Qualifications

• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.

• Effective communication skills to manage relationships.
• Compassionate, reliable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 1–4 programs, ensuring quality supports.
• Lead staff performance evaluations, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Make hiring, promotion, and compensation recommendations.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure engaging, person-centered supports.
• Maintain on-call availability to support staff.
