Lirio Resources Inc. in Monticello, IN is seeking a Program Manager to provide leadership and accountability for residential, day habilitation, and community-based IDD programs under Indiana Medicaid Waiver services.

You will supervise Program Supervisors, ensure ISP/HSP/BSP compliance, and drive operational performance, staffing, training, and fiscal oversight while upholding the company’s mission and values.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, psychology, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in services for Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Prior supervisory or management experience required
• Demonstrated knowledge of Indiana Medicaid Waiver services, BDS/FSSA regulations, and person-centered planning
• Ability to manage multiple programs, priorities and deadlines

Mansioni

• Provide direct supervision, guidance, and accountability to Program Supervisors
• Ensure staffing, scheduling, documentation, compliance, and service delivery duties are completed
• Offer coaching and progressive discipline to Program Supervisors and staff as needed
• Evaluate performance and support professional development
• Monitor budgeted hours for waiver service definitions and staffing needs
• Review and approve schedules to align with ISPs and HSPs
• Monitor staffing patterns and vacancies; implement corrective strategies
• Participate in on-call rotation and support staffing during emergencies
• Ensure staff training and certification compliance per policy
• Prepare for audits, license visits, and internal quality reviews
• Coordinate medical appointments and health-related documentation
• Maintain communication with case managers, families, providers, and teams
• Complete quarterly reports and program summaries
• Conduct monthly site visits and attend meetings with Individuals’ teams
• Ensure corrective actions post-audits or reviews
