Abound Health seeks a Program Director to oversee daily operations for Innovations Waiver and State-Funded Services, ensuring quality care, compliance, and staff support across offices.

The role reports to senior leadership and defines the mission, values, and strategic direction. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage Medicaid billing, and drive QA, staffing, and outreach initiatives in a dynamic IDD environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of IDD management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Deep knowledge of Medicaid regulations, ISP implementation, and third-party billing.
• Passion for serving individuals with IDD.
• Flexible, organized, and aligned with Abound Health values.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate multidisciplinary staff.
• Ensure Medicaid compliance and proper documentation.
• Lead regular team meetings and self-inspections.
• Represent Abound Health at community events.
• Oversee billing, PTO tracking, benefits, and training coordination.
• Implement QA protocols and maintain program docs.
• Support growth initiatives and outreach programs.
