Job summary

Sevita, REM Community Services, seeks a Program Director for IDD Services to lead daily operations across multiple community programs. You will oversee planning, quality, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance to deliver person-centered supports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two to three years of related experience in the Human Services Industry preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Other education, experience, training, licensure, or certification per state requirements or as required by applicable regulations.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships.
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of 1–4 community programs including planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance and staffing.
• Direct program staff including performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
• Make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, corrective action, and terminations.
• Oversee implementation of program planning and monitor service delivery to ensure consistency and engagement for individuals served.
• Remain on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed.
