Keystone Human Services is seeking a Program Supervisor to provide leadership for one or more programs serving individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism. The role combines supervision, program planning, and hands-on support to ensure outcomes align with budgets and regulations.

You'll work to build inclusive communities, monitor program activity, and collaborate with teams to deliver person-directed services, while maintaining compliance and delivering

Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience, preferred.
• Ability to complete and maintain Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR certifications as required.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver's license; may require daily access to a privately maintained vehicle.
• Successful completion of pre-employment process with clearances.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs.
• Ensure objectives are met, budgets adhered to, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform direct support duties as per schedule and program needs.
