Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking an experienced IDD Program Supervisor to oversee daily service delivery and staff support for our IDD programs in El Centro, CA. The role ensures services are safe, compliant, and person-centered under DDS Title 17 rules and Regional Center policies.

You will coordinate staff, review documentation, monitor services, and communicate with families, Regional Centers, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in IDD services or direct support roles.
• Preferred supervisory or lead experience in community-based services.
• Experience working with Regional Centers and Title 17 programs.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality, person-centered service delivery and compliance with care plans and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding, training initiatives, and shadowing of new staff.
• Participate in care team meetings and Regional Center reviews; assist management with operational reporting.
• Provide after-hours or on-call support as assigned.
