Job summary

Medlinkhealth Anesthesia Associates in Southgate, MI, seeks a full-time Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Program Supervisor to oversee all administrative and clinical functions of the IDD program. You will provide clinical supervision to staff, manage crises, and drive quality improvement while ensuring compliance with state waivers and accrediting standards.

The role requires a Master's degree with active Michigan licensure and prior IDD supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling with active Michigan LMSW, LLP, or LPC licensure required.
• Minimum 1 year evaluating and treating children/adolescents required.
• Minimum 1 year working with IDD diagnoses and modalities required.
• Prior supervisory experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership across the IDD program.
• Ensure compliance with waivers and funding source mandates; track productivity and metrics.
• Participate in quality management and accreditation activities; maintain clinical records per standards.
• Direct crisis response for staff and clients; coordinate psychiatric, psychological, and case management services.
• Lead administrative functions, budgeting, and ongoing staff training with a person-centered planning approach.
