Job summary

The Guidance Center in Michigan seeks an Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Supervisor responsible for overseeing clinical services for children and adolescents with IDD, ensuring compliance with state licensing requirements (LMSW/LLP/LPC).

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling, have at least one year of relevant experience, be able to obtain CMHP and QIDP within 120 days, and maintain a valid driver’s license. No visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• Must hold LMSW/LLP/LPC licensure in Michigan.
• Master's degree in social work, psychology or counseling.
• At least 1 year of experience with children/adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Must obtain CMHP and QIDP within 120 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services for IDD, supervising program operations.
• Coordinate care with licensed professionals and treatment teams.
