You will coordinate assessments and Individual Support Plans, and implement education and skill development for the team and individuals supported. The role requires a degree with relevant experience or a master’s degree with related experience, plus PA Behavior Specialist license, strong written and verbal communication, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Master’s degree or higher with 1 year experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to employees and individuals served within assigned programs.
• Coordinate, develop, and implement assessments, ISP plans, and education/skill development.
• Read, interpret, and apply written information; maintain documentation and communication in writing.
• Utilize MS Word, Excel, Outlook and web-based systems for daily work.
