Qualifications

• Knowledge of casework practices, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ability to promote Family Centered Practice.
• Strong communication with clients, agencies, the public and courts.
• Efficient planning, scheduling and organization.
• Decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
• Accurate paperwork, reports and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and use standard office software.
• Regular and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support and coordinates client-related services for the program.
• Connects clients with community resources and schedules appointments with professionals.
• Coordinates and documents client interactions and maintains appropriate records.
• Attends DHS case hearings as needed.
• Arranges transportation and purchases items as needed for clients.
• Participates in meetings, trainings, and staffings.
• Supports caseworkers, supervisors, and managers as needed.
• Other duties as required.
