Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of public contact experience in human services or related field.
• Substitution by a certificate program or college course equivalent may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support and coordinates client-related services for the program.
• Connects clients with community resources and coordinates appointments with professionals.
• Oversees and documents client interactions to ensure proper follow-up.
• Attends and testifies in DHS case court hearings as needed.
• Arranges transportation for clients to appointments and assists with necessary items.
• Participates in meetings and trainings as requested; supports staff as needed.
• Supports caseworkers, supervisors, and managers with tasks as required.
• Performs other duties as required.
