El Paso County in Colorado Springs seeks an organized, proactive administrator to bridge child welfare teams and community partners. You will gather information, track eligibility and service statuses, and help families access resources related to IDD, Medicaid, and waiver services.

The role requires strong follow-through, attention to detail, and flexibility to navigate evolving processes. Hybrid work may be available after the evaluation period, with background checks part of the process.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of casework practices, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, clients, agencies, and the courts.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently following SOPs and policies.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support and coordinate client-related services for the assigned program.
• Connect clients with community resources and arrange appointments and meetings with professionals.
• Document and track client interactions, ensuring proper follow-up and reporting.
• Attend meetings and trainings; support caseworkers and managers as needed.
• Arrange transportation and assist with items as needed; participate in court hearings when required.
