Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two to three years of related experience in Human Services preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Other education, experience, training, licensure, or certification per state requirements or regulations.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships.
• Reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of one to four programs in a community.
• Organize and implement direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, and maintenance.
• Manage program staff including performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
• Make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Oversee program planning and delivery of services to ensure they are engaging and relevant.
• Be available on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed.
