Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership in IDD or related healthcare settings.
• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory standards and quality frameworks.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing operating budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall management of the IDD business unit and ensure person-centered service delivery.
• Oversee clinical, administrative, and operational departments and ensure regulatory compliance.
