RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking an Executive Director to provide operational leadership for the IDD unit, ensuring person-centered services, program integrity, and a strong organizational culture. You will coordinate clinical, administrative, and operational teams while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

The role emphasizes quality improvement, financial stewardship, staff development, and external partnerships to enhance outcomes for individuals served.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in human services, health administration, social work, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in IDD services or related healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (HCBS, CMS, CARF, licensing bodies).
• Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams in a regulated environment.

Responsabilidades

• Leads the overall management of the unit, ensuring person-centered service delivery and program integrity.
• Oversees clinical, administrative, and operational departments and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Provides fiscal oversight and ensures adherence to budgets and financial targets.
• Drives quality initiatives and tracks outcomes, including POMs and quality plans.
• Prepares for audits, licensure reviews, and regulatory monitoring activities.
• Develops staff, fosters leadership, and ensures performance management.
• Engages external agencies, families, and community partners to strengthen services.
