RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for an IDD unit. You will oversee clinical, administrative, financial, and workforce operations to deliver person-centered, high-quality services in compliance with regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes building a high-performing team, guiding quality improvement, and collaborating with regulators, managed care, families, and community partners to enhance outcomes and maintain excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, health administration, social work, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory standards and quality frameworks (HCBS, CMS, CARF, state licensing).
• Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and drive service excellence in a regulated environment.
• Strong financial acumen with operating budgets and performance metrics.
• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with regulatory bodies, managed care, community partners, and families.

Responsibilities

• Leads overall management of the IDD unit, ensuring person-centered service delivery.
• Oversees clinical, administrative, and operational departments and staff.
• Maintains up-to-date regulatory knowledge and addresses non-compliance risks.
• Provides fiscal oversight and helps allocate resources toward budget goals.
• Leads quality improvement initiatives and manages audits, incidents, and risk mitigation.
• Ensures clinical oversight and alignment with best practices and accreditation standards.
• Develops workforce readiness through training and leadership development.
