Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in IDD or related healthcare/human services settings.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (HCBS, CMS, CARF, licensing).
• Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and drive service excellence.
• Strong financial oversight and budget-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads overall management of the IDD unit, ensuring person-centered service delivery and culture of excellence.
• Oversees clinical, administrative and operational departments and staff.
• Maintains knowledge of regulatory requirements and addresses non-compliance or risk.
• Provides fiscal oversight and supports budgetary goals and financial targets.
