Job summary

Help at Home is hiring an IDD Client Service Supervisor in Richmond, Indiana. This role involves developing and implementing Person-Centered Individualized Support Plans for clients, coordinating caregiver schedules, and maintaining client records. You will support client needs through relationship-focused care, without on-call or 24-hour availability.

Office hours are Monday to Friday, with variable work hours. Ideal candidates will have strong relationship-building skills and experience in caregiver training.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating schedules and maintaining client records.
• Ability to build and maintain trust with clients and their families.
• Knowledge of individualized support plans (PCISP).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.
• Provide training to caregivers on clients' PCISP.
• Create and document client schedules based on needs.
