Job summary

Help at Home is hiring an IDD Client Service Supervisor in Richmond, Indiana. This role involves developing and implementing Person-Centered Individualized Support Plans for clients, coordinating caregiver schedules, and maintaining client records. You will support client needs through relationship-focused care, without on-call or 24-hour availability.

Office hours are Monday to Friday, with variable work hours. Ideal candidates will have strong relationship-building skills and experience in caregiver training.

At Help at Home, our IDD Client Service Supervisors work with the client and their team to develop and implement a Person‑Centered IndividualizedSupport Plan (PCISP). The Program Coordinatoris responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules,maintainingclient records, and ongoing communication with the client and their team.

NO ON CALL, NO 24-HOUR AVAILABILITY NECESSARY!

Office hours are Monday - Friday8:30AM - 5:00PM, but work hours for this role will vary to support client needs.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, family members, caregivers, case managers, and team members through regular check‑ins, trustworthiness, reliability, and follow‑through
• Utilizing a relationship‑focused approach to make thoughtful client/caregiver matches
• Providing high‑quality training to caregivers on client’s PCISP, including coordinating anyadditionaltraining required for behavior or risk plans
• Creating and documenting client schedules based on client need, caregiver availability, and PCISP budget/goals
• Attending andparticipatingin quarterly meetings to review client PCISP, design and implement support strategies, and collaborating with the client and their team to reach client goals
• Maintaining excellent records, including documentation in EMR,writingandsubmittingquarterly and annual reports, incident reports, and risk plans
• Focusing on growth by admitting new clients based on regional goals
• Creating great days and meaningful moments for our clients through dedicated, relationship-focused care
