Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Preferred prior caregiving experience in home health or IDD settings.
• Experience using electronic documentation and EVV systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, person-centered support in home and community settings.
• Assist with daily living activities, meal prep, mobility, and health monitoring.
• Implement behavior support strategies and document observations and plan adherence.
• Support transportation to appointments and community activities; assist with household tasks related to care needs.
• Participate in trainings and team meetings; maintain timely documentation; adapt to staffing needs.
