RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring an IDD Qualified Professional for the Non ICF Waiver Regular role. You will supervise and integrate individual care plans, record progress, and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health needs.

The position requires a four-year degree in a human service field with experience or a master's degree (preferred).

Qualifications

• Masters preferred in Human Service field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Service field required or four-year degree with experience.
• Four-year degree in other fields with four years experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and integrates individual care plans.
• Collaborates with clinical team and records progress.
• Monitors program activity and budget-related costs.
• Ensures compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards.
• Performs health and safety investigations and incident reviews.
