Abound Health in North Carolina is hiring a Qualified Professional (QP) to advocate for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and help them achieve meaningful goals.

You will develop and monitor individualized service plans, supervise direct support staff, and participate in ISP meetings with families and care teams. The role includes ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, and high-quality, person-centered care. A twice-a-year bonus up to 25% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related human services field with 2 years IDD experience, or equivalent combination.
• Bachelor's degree in unrelated field with 4 years IDD experience.
• Master's degree in related human services field with 1 year IDD experience.

Responsabilités

• Advocate for individuals with IDD and help them achieve goals.
