Abound Health is seeking a passionate Qualified Professional to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role supports individuals receiving Innovations Waiver or State Funded Services, ensuring high-quality care and advocacy for service recipients.

You'll lead goals, supervise staff, and participate in ISP meetings, with a focus on compassionate supervision, accurate documentation, and strong teamwork. There is a twice-yearly bonus potential of up to 25% based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related human service field with IDD experience.
• Experience with Medicaid/state-funded billing required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop individualized goals and interventions for service recipients.
• Conduct clinical and supervisory visits, ensuring care standards.
• Provide development plans and performance evaluations for direct care staff.
• Participate in ISP meetings and advocate for recipients.
• Monitor billing, maintain documentation, resolve grievances.
• Represent Abound Health at community events.
