Security Services Northwest, Inc. is seeking an Idaho Flex Armed Guard to perform part-time or full-time security duties in Twin Falls, ID. The role requires a current Idaho State Security Guard License and the ability to work non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• Current Idaho State Security Guard License.
• EMT background is a plus.
• Smart phone to access scheduling, clocking in/out and reporting apps.
• Reliable transportation.
• Honesty and integrity.
• Able to work non-traditional hours including swings, graveyard, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to react appropriately in high-stress situations.
• Reserve police officers encouraged to apply.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable record.
• Knowledge of security protocols and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent theft, embezzlement, sabotage, fire, and accidents
• Monitor activities
• Access Control
• Safety escorts
• Using provided communication devices
• Represent SSNW’s brand
• Properly wear the issued uniform
• Complete Daily Activity Reports (DAR)
• Complete Incident Reports
• Work with local law enforcement, and emergency services
• Provide friendly assistance to customers, employees and visitors following the department's procedures.
• Other duties as described in the Post Orders

• Must be able to conduct regular walking foot patrols
• Able to stand 8-12 hours a day
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times (occasionally)
