Job summary

The position requires 5+ years in estimating or PM, travel for long durations, and a BS degree or equivalent. Proficiency in MS Office and HCSS bidding is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in civil construction estimating or project management.

Responsibilities

• Review specs, drawings, and sites to determine bid scope.
• Determine labor, equipment, and material needs for bid estimates.
• Submit timely bid proposals to project owners, managers, and general contractors.
• Provide design, planning, and pricing assistance to customers.
• Coordinate with senior management to set objectives, procedures, and schedules.
• Supervise field crew or superintendents as needed and track quantities.
• Support efficient project execution through scheduling, procurement, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
