Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Engineering Management, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Review proposals, drawings, and site visits to determine scope and prepare bid estimates.
• Compute labor, equipment, and material requirements for estimates and bids.
• Submit bid proposals and provide clarifications as needed to project owners/GCs.
• Support project administration and coordination with estimating, construction, and field leadership.
• Ensure safety regulations compliance and maintain positive customer relations.
