Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in estimating or project management in asphalt or paving.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods.
• Experience with construction specifications and troubleshooting required.

Responsibilities

• Review specifications and drawings to determine work scope for bids.
• Prepare bid/estimate proposals and submit in a timely manner.
• Manage awarded contracts and coordinate with management on project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Skills

Estimating and/or Project Management experience

Acumen for highway materials

Ability to build & maintain relationships

Knowledge of Quality Control operations

Education

BS Degree or Equivalent in related construction
