Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years civil construction experience in estimating or project management.
• Willingness to travel for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Review specifications and visit project sites for bid preparation.
• Prepare bid proposals based on labor, equipment, and material needs.
• Provide customer service including design, planning, and pricing assistance.
• Coordinate project objectives with management and field leadership.
• Monitor subcontractor work for compliance and quality.
