Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Services with 1 year supervisor experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with 3 years (1 as Supervisor) experience
• Associate’s degree or 60 credit hours with 5 years supervisor experience

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to direct care staff.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing staff training to meet regulatory and organizational standards.
• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure quality service delivery.
• Foster strong relationships with individuals served, families, staff, and external partners.
• Address concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely, professional manner.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and contribute to program development and innovation
